Reform Project

I think the reform project is one or both of 2 things.

1. Riot is picking most toxic people so it fails. This is so they can say “i told you so”.

2. Sone friends of rioters, maybe even someone who works for them got banned. This is how they unban those accounts without drawing attention to double standards and favortism.

Eitherway, Riot doesn’t care or wan’t this to succeed.

From what I know, the experiment is likely still presently ongoing, although it is closed due to reaching the max desired participant count. There may have been a few people who haven't taken the opportunity seriously and wound up re-banned, but, elsewise, we've got no real information beyond it being closed.

There's still hope, but I personally wouldn't cling to it. Healthy skepticism, and all that.
