Kills shouldn't affect remakes.
It doesn't make sense for remakes become null if someone on either team gets a kill. An AFK is the first 3 minutes is an AFK.

They don’t. The only requirement is that someone began being disconnected or afk before first blood, and that they are disconnected or afk for a continual 90 seconds in the first 3 minutes.
