Won't receive loot anymore because my game crashed..

So yeah afk behaviour should be punished. But the game never started and it turned into a remake. I had my loss of lp wich to me seems like a high enough punishment. Now I wont receive loot anymore.

Is that really how you treat a crash. Don't get me wrong i love the game, I buy skins quite often I love it. But every time something lame like this happen I feel like I'm better of selling my account and never returning to this game. Not enough actual ingame player support to fix this.
