LET US DISABLE CHAT FOR OURSELVES

Holy fuck why is Riot so ignorant? There are so many good players that obviously have anger issues. Yes, it's sad they can't control themselves but they shouldn't be permabanned for being mean. Talking shit to strangers is a regular part of the internet. Give us the option to disable chat (in our settings BEFORE games) and all those messages will never happen.

Having people mute on sight is simpler.

Also, if people have anger issues, then playing games like League is a horrible idea.

Speaking of ignorance, if you have a temper problem, then you should have never agreed to the Terms of Use. And also, /mute all. That's ALL you have to do. If you don't want to see the chat, move it off the screen.

Don't agree to anything that you're incapable of doing. You should not be here in the first place if you have any sort of anger problem.

if you want to mute yourself, look up "LOL autohotkey remove enter key" in google.

Just do /muteall. Christ.

There's been ways to disable your enter key in LoL for years now. If you were serious about having and using that option, I would have thought you would have at least attempted to google search that information well before you got to permaban status.

If people have anger issues they need to see a therapist, not be playing league.

Learn how to control yourself like an adult.

There's a difference between trash talking and just talking like trash, something that most people who use the "it's just trash talking" argument fail to realize or understand. Riot is not a babysitter, and it's not their job to coddle and baby Jack when they rage and flame the moment they don't get their way. Riot can try to steer Jack in the right direction, but if Jack consistently refuses to take control and responsibility of their own behavior then it's in Riots and the communities best interest if Jack is just removed from the game entirely. If Jack doesn't like it then too bad, it's their fault for getting to that point. Don't be Jack.
