If you are playing with bad players, the opposing team should be the same level. If you are better than the players, you should climb.

Post chat logs, I'm pretty sure you've said something bad. Also what makes you think you can give orders to others? Everyone plays their own game and their own part.

I can already tell you, there's no room for "orders". You give suggestions, nothing more.
You aren't the captain of your team, don't give orders. Suggest how you can win the game or discuss a plan with your team.
Also, as others have said, post the chat logs here and we'll review them.
