Unfair Punishments

My friend was just suspended for 14 days for nothing. he was apparently reported for saying the "n" word when he never said anything of the sort even looking at his chat logs they give you he didnt say the "n" word. if riot has the time to create new champions and buff the braindead champs then why cant the look at the reports and tell which one is real and which one is false. its unfair to players who did nothing
