Hextech crafting restrictions unfair.

Aight aight aight. I get it. And i support the restriction, IF it was multiple reports. Back in season 5, i used to be toxic!! Hey, guess what, no hextech crafting for me!! Thanks riot, for making something i cant use, when it was quiet along time ago when i got reported! You guys ever said something that that was made from pure salt? Your friendo is 1/20? You say, "Hey man, step up alittle, your useless playing that way!" GUESS WHAT? NO HEXTECH CRAFTING!! ITS REALLY A GREAT IDEA!!

or: dont flame, reform, use hextech.

I think the point is, you shouldn't need an incentive to not flame people.

I have no problem with being punished I just don't like that I'm put on a leash for 3 months for a 10 game chat restriction i already paid for
