For starer I wanna apologize for my misspelling(since english is not my native language...But now on to subject at hand...For some time now I see myself getting noober and noober ppl in ranked games and when I say noobs...Just like 5min ago had a tf with 1,2k points who ended the game 0/10/2-3 and yes I know we all get bad games...But for the love of GOD why make rankes when you put ppl like me(I am not the best player I have good games ,bad games like all have but still never ended the game with 0/10/2)...I make this post to address this issue which if you ask me is gonna make this game at some point less and less fun and more frustrating ...Since again I am not the best I do not consider my self so but lets say I am around 50%-50% good-bad...I am silver atm btw if any1 is asking ...I had several gold promo lost cuz of this...I had and no joke here a b5 0p in a promo for my gold league...I mean he did not care win/lose he could not go lower...Sooo it was even for him if it was 10/0/0 or 0/15/0....My problem is here why dont we get a ranking system where you put silver with silver gold with gold and bronze with bronze why on earth RIOT...WHY???Do ppl like me have to prey for a good team or no trollers or no feeders or something else....Why not sort this elo system you took from chess and make a better newer one,where ppl might have a chance not to get trolled or waste there time...If you do this for the numbers I get more noobs more ppl who watch your world championships and more money but for how long?Look at Blizzard(and I know you are cuz some of you used to work there) since they made it noob friendly on the short run yes the balance went up but when you drew the line is going under...SO with all do respect why dont you fix this and make ppl not waste there time cuz of noobs who just wanna have fun and cant go normal they wanna play ranked cuz they are so darn gooooooood and cost me time and promos...Also in promo games could we get others who are at promotion games also,not some random troll who just wanna play master yi adc or zed jungle or somethingg

You need to do some research. Matchmaking is based on a hidden MMR, not your rank. Thats why LP gains and losses vary. Also, there is no B5 anymore. And if there was, it wouldnt be the lowest. Theres an entire division below bronze, called iron. Im not gonna specifically explain everything, hopefully someone else will, or you go do some research to find your answers for yourself.

You are being matched based on MMR, not on rank. It is entirely possible for a silver to have gold mmr or bronze mmr so throwing a silver with a gold-skill mmr level (say someone on a very hot streak) vs a silver with a bronze/iron-skill mmr (someone on a very shit streak) would not be fair now would it?

This is only possible if that b5 0p is duo queue with someone on a very high mmr and I still don't think a b5 0lp can be matched with a s1 100lp.

Rito can't make people do anything. If they want to play ranked, they are allowed to. Rito cannot predict when someone will have a bad game or when someone will not try hard.

Also in promo games could we get others who are at promotion games also,not some random troll who just wanna play master yi adc or zed jungle or somethingg

So....you want to be matched with:

(1) only people in promo (2) at the same rank (so like get 10 Plat 4,3,2,1 all in their promo queued up at the same time) and (3) have most people get their primary or secondary role (so like get 10 Plat 4,3,2,1 all in their promo individually picked Top, Mid, Bot, Supp, Jg as their primary or secondary role) (4) have some modicum of fair MMR matching for both team

Do you know what kind of queue time that looks like?
