How to match players in a games?

I am a gold rank 4 player, honoring 3-2 I have never been banned or trolled, but I have always been placed in teams whose members have trolls or feeds and afk. It is not fair at all. A series of matches are all in the same team with players who always have such negative behaviors, there are even games that no one blames or complains about, but other players in the team have a negative attitude. Denouncing after each match can make that player banned but I am also affected after a loss of hell elo while I always do my part well. It's boring when it keeps repeating in my team on a regular basis while my friend doesn't see it. Is it the biggest difference that you can load a lot of money and I play for free ???**
