So i just got perma ban last week for toxicity, but when i get the message im confused why. IT shows my urf game where a karthus and gnar run down my lane and int fed a zed for about 7 mins. I didn't cuss at them or say anything super toxic(as i thought) but when i email the support they told me that calling people troll and stupid is very toxic and one of the most extreme toxic they've seen. So community is this really toxic?

Giant6678: im mid Giant6678: get out of my lane Giant6678: report karthus trolling Giant6678: god i hate trolls Giant6678: gg karthus made us lose Giant6678: so usless and trolls Giant6678: i cant wait for u r account to get ban Giant6678: i wish i wouldnt have trolls on my team every urf Giant6678: why Giant6678: would u take that Giant6678: jesus gg Giant6678: gnar steals rift for no reason Giant6678: im glad we lost Giant6678: no but ur retarted Giant6678: and ur stupid Giant6678: trolls after trolls Giant6678: i dont know why so many stupid people play urf Giant6678: karthus steals my lane, gnar steals rift Giant6678: im just glad we lost, these 2 dont deserve the win Giant6678: fuck it Giant6678: let the minions win Giant6678: idc Giant6678: just end this misery pls

Also ive had other 2 week ban and resc before and ive brought my tone of toxic down alot. I use to cuss and be super toxic but this? No where near how i use to be.

Alone, sure, this is pretty negative and it wouldn't be unreasonable to chat restrict you so you get the point and cool it down. However, you'd already received multiple punishments for negative behavior prior to this. Punishments escalate up through 4 tiers, increasing each time in an effort to convince a player that their behavior has become a problem and needs to stop.

Basically, you didn't improve your behavior nearly enough after your 2 week ban, instead showing Riot that you weren't taking the warnings seriously and had little intention of stopping. You aren't being judged on how much you've improved comparatively to your past behavior, but on the community's standards which are still a lot higher than this.

Riot doesn't remove legitimate bans for toxic behavior, but if you think you can further improve your behavior you're free to start a new account and start over; if your behavior meets the community standards you won't have to worry about losing that account.

If you ever have issues with toxic players in chat, I highly recommend muting them as soon as they start. You can even mute people before they say anything inflammatory if you're worried they will (such as you made a really bad play and died). Pings are more than enough to communicate with your team most of the time. If you have issues with gameplay offenses such as intentional feeding, know that flaming them won't make them stop, it just adds flaming to the toxicity in the match which sucks for the rest of the players too. Just try to play around them and report it.

If I were to take your words at face value, yes you look like you're trolling. I can't see what Riot sees, so I have no desire to take your word over theirs. Not only this, but a ban typically roots from more than just one report. Depending on the severity of them.

If the tribunal were still around, I'd vote to punish.

No, I'm not a tween who hit punish on every case for free IP. In fact, when I started the tribunal that program was no longer in effect. I read every case, and dealt based on the merits. The preponderance of evidence indicates you were toxic. In my determination, a punishment was warranted. If you happened to be on your last punishment, then your next sanction was a permaban. While it's unfortunate you have lost your account, I believe anyone (yes, ANYONE) can be redeemed given the proper motivation. I hope you choose to reform, create a new account, and continue to enjoy league of legends while becoming a positive member of the community.
