How is it that i get banned for callin someone "trash"? ...as if the other player said nothing to me throughout the game, but im not such a bitch that i report people over it. You have the logs, you just ban the one who gets reported? Do you look at the whole conversation at all? Everyone gets flamed all the time. Some of us just arent such pussies that we report people over it. Call someone "trash" and get banned from something ive sunk money into. No respect for your customers only respect for pussies trolls and AFKers. You dont seem to ban anyone for anything other than some mean words. Pathetic. Cant even dispute it just a box that says "i understand" lol fuckin bullshit.

Yep, you call people trash repeatedly and you actually do get banned. Especially since you got repeated previous warnings.

Incidentally, it is not so much the specific words as the fact the sort of people who use them are a liability to the game and community. We dont need arrogant children with zero self-control.

You dont get to dispute it because you are knowingly breaking rules you agreed to. Maybe you should have actually read those before agreeing to them in what is effectively a legal contract.

You got banned because you broke the rules.

Please tell me how this is hard to understand. You were given rules. You were told "if you wish to make a League account/use the League client, you must agree to these rules". You agreed to those rules by playing. You then violated those rules.

What part of that is hard to understand?

It is possible for playerA to get punished and playerB not to, even though playerB was waaayyyyy more toxic . Let's say playerA started the game with the toxicity meter at 95% and playerB's at 35%. Ingame, playerB said some pretty nasty shit and playerA responds with some shit as well. After the game, playerA gains 10% toxicity and playerB gains 50%. Now playerA is at 105% toxicity and gets punished, whereas playerB is at 85%, and not punished in that specific game, even though playerB was found to be 5x more toxic than playerA in that game..

As others have pointed out to you, insulting other players is against the Code of Conduct. The fact that you reached the point of getting banned for it shows that you have a pretty bad habit of being generally toxic.

...as if the other player said nothing to me throughout the game...

Other people misbehaving does not exempt you from the rules. Other people behaving worse than you does not absolve you of breaking the rules. Other people doing literally anything does not change that you'll get punished for breaking the rules.

...but im not such a bitch that i report people over it.

Then you don't get to complain if the other party goes without punishment. Plain and simple.

You have the logs, you just ban the one who gets reported? Do you look at the whole conversation at all?

While Riot and the IFS have access to all the chat logs in a given match, when you're reported, your behavior alone is what gets evaluated when the system determines whether or not to punish you. You alone are responsible for what you say or do; other people's behavior does not matter. It's your behavior, and your punishment, not theirs.

Everyone gets flamed all the time.

Hyperbole helps no-one.

Some of us just arent such [redacted] that we report people over it.

And if you don't report people for their misbehavior, then, as I mentioned above, you have no right to complain if you get punished and they don't.

Call someone "trash" and get banned from something ive sunk money into.

Something that you've sunk money into, and that you've been warned a good few times before that you need to change your act if you don't want to lose it. That you ignored all your previous warnings is your own fault.

And before it gets said; the Code of Conduct states that your account can be terminated at any time with no refunds or liability to the account-holder.

2.2. What happens if my account is terminated? (No LoL for you.)

If your account is terminated, you’ll no longer have access to it, including any of the associated data or content (e.g., champions, skins, Riot Points, etc.). You’ll not be entitled to any refunds and we’ll have no liability to you. We also reserve the right to terminate any other accounts you may have created, as well as your access to any other Riot Services (also without any refunds or liability to you).

You understand and agree that using the Riot Services comes with the risk that your account may be terminated or suspended and that, whenever you use the Riot Services, you’ll bear this risk in mind and always conduct yourself appropriately.

Beyond that, the amount of money you've invested into the account has no bearing on whether or not you can get punished. It doesn't matter if you've spent a thousand dollars or haven't spent a single cent, if you break the rules, you can ultimately get banned.

Cant even dispute it just a box that says "i understand" lol fuckin bullshit.

You could technically appeal a punishment, but I'll tell you now, you're not going to get this punishment lifted. You broke the rules and got punished for it, and if you don't like the results, well; them's the 8r8ks.

So you broke the rules that you agreed to follow. You got punished , why you are surprised?

floo1/17/2020, 9:29:55 AM2 votes

So you are complaining that you get banned but others don't for similar offenses? No wonder, you wanted to prove you're "not a pussy" so they won't get a punishment. You did that yourself.

Cant even dispute it just a box that says "i understand" lol fuckin bullshit.

Yea, because you're supposed to understand that you shouldn't behave this way. That's why there is no "dispute" button, you're not supposed to. Is that so hard to grasp?

IVSakenz1/16/2020, 9:31:03 PM2 votes

You can dispute it...it just does not get overturned very often.. especially with such a blatant offense..

Despite what you think should be acceptable or not, calling someone trash is most definitely against the rules.

And they can not change the culture of toxicity if they allow this sort of behavior.
