From what I know any kind of account sharing is against the rules no natter the game mode you play.
Yes, you'll get banned. Sharing accounts is illegal.
It says so on the "I accept" contract thing that nobody ever reads.
Account sharing is against the rules as a blanket statement so that there's no blurred lines or gray zones. Boosting in ranked games; that is playing another account in ranked in order to raise that account's ladder standing, is a bannable offense. Obviously Riot knows and does expect some friendly account sharing. I am by no way telling you to or condoning account sharing, however Riot has more important things to do than to investigate accounts in normal matches.
Account sharing of any kind is not allowed and is subject to an instant permaban once found out. If you wish to try out Viktor without actually buying him then wait for the free rotation, wait to get his shard to rent him for a week or try him out on the PTR. All three of these things will not result in the loss of you and your friends accounts.
Yes, you can be banned, or at least your friend's account. Riot's ToS and because they want the account to represent one person in skill, attitude, and reliability.

Yeah that is bannable because of boosting and covering all grounds when it comes to bans. Like, if they allowed that, tons of people would be like "but it wasnt meeee plz riot unban my account it was my friend playing on it!"... which isnt a big issue. Mainly its just for boosting prevention.
