I was perm banned only after receiving 2 chat bans (in the last 2 years) on my main account and instead of perm banning me could you just perm mute me instead? I really don't care about chatting since I have learned that communication has more of a negative impact than it does positive.
I have a better idea Let's give people 3 chances to change? For example first offense to give them only a 10 games chat restriction 2nd chance to be 25 games if they dont change give them a harsh warning of 14days ban 3 chances will be completly fine , make this happen please!
You already can appeal through support tickets. Whether they chose to accept your appeal is entirely a different matter.

Them being far more likely to uphold the ban than lifting it doesn't change that support tickets are how you can contact Riot to argue for leniency.
I am not against perma banned accounts to be redeemable and here's why. Typically what happens is when someone is perma banned they just create an account and make the new player experience miserable but people are more willing to reform a perma'd account instead of creating a new one.
The problem i see that needs to be addressed is what could you do that would punish them that would both be as strong as a perma ban(if not stronger) AND not worse than simply creating a new account. Not too difficult considering people would be more willing to redeem them due to skins ect.
You can perm mute yourself instead.

I don't understand why this post has so many dislikes? Why do you people not believe in second chances? I'd really like a second chance to get to play on my account that only had 2 chat bans from 2 separate games in the past 30+ months.
