Disappering rewards?

So I have gotten so many icons, emotes and ward skins and 40% of those disappear as soon as I earn them? I get the reward and click OK and when I go to my inventory there's nothing there? I have tried restarting the game, checked my loot to see if maybe I need to create them but no they're gone? It's been like this for a while and I'm getting kind of tired of it. I'm worried that I get a super rare or some stuff I really like disappear? Thankfully it has never happened with a skin. [zombie-brand-facepalm] It's kind of a pain in the hole number 2. Does anyone else have this? HELP!?

Wrong board. You need to talk to Riot support.

I had similar issues when my hextech chest wouldn't be awarded after a S grade on an owned champion. Or I wouldn't get champion rewards for leveling. Never got those either after submitting a ticket. This was when the client was buggy. Thankfully, this hasn't happened again. Good luck with your ticket, OP. Hope that they fix your problem!
