  • people spamming "punish" creating false punishments
  • extreme large number of backlogs (2 weeks behind)
  • providing a reform card / punishment within 5-15 mins of the infraction helps people understand (and keep memory fresh) of what happened and why it isn't acceptable

There may be a few more, but these are the ones that jump to my mind right away.

What is your REAL question?

The player Tribunal was enacted to gather information about how the community felt about actions by players in-game. That information was used to inform the current automated Tribunal which allows for quicker responses to negative behavior. This means you deal with toxic players less than in the past. They've stated they may bring back the player Tribunal eventually to handle edge cases, but there's been no stated timeline for that and plans may change.

a lot of people would just vote punish no matter what, because getting people banned is funny. that causes a lot of people who are creating support tickets and makes riot have to review large numbers of cases to overturn unjust punishments.

they dont want to have to review huge numbers of punishments. so end troll tribunal and enter automated review.
