Using the chat not to play the game but instead to argue with, threaten with reports and insult other players and these are just two of many examples of that? That is a chat restriction.

Interesting, most the time people just admit they are wrong, but home slice is doubling down. No, reports don't stack. Your logs would have been punishable even under the old system (tribunal). Calling for reports/ using reports as a weapon can be punishable under harassment. You don't always get notified when your reports lead to punishment, it's actually rare to. What does the IFS have to do with being money hungry? Unless you are going to make the asanine argument that they ban so you'll come back and buy shit.

Maybe someone that works at league can clarify for me what a threat is. Or maybe you guys can take your failing automatic filing system for the reports. Which is clearly broken cause if people can cuss me out and call me all sorts of names and me get in trouble for this i find it to be a joke. an i know for a fact I'm not the only one that has a problem with something as ridiculous as this issue. You all reading this should remember league is only famous cause the people playing it. I remember this game in beta before it was even out there. This company has fallen so far do to greed. you've over looked your fans your gamers for money. It's a bit disappointing to see this but i hope things will turn around and that you guys will start caring about more than the money you receive

Yeah of course. Your very first line is calling someone useless. Thats against the rules. Go read them if you dont believe me. If you just think it SHOULDNT be against the rules, good for you. Not gonna try to change your mind on that.
