does being partnered with riot gives you a free pass to being toxic? does it make you immune to being banned?

So the first thing you need to know that the system punishes people based on consistency x severity. Meaning someone can be punished for 1 game of extreme toxicity or many many games of mild toxicity.

Second thing you need to know is that many high ELO people don't report each other that often. They either know each other so they joke around with each other (or they know that Tyler1's personality on stream is just a created persona), or they are too busy interacting with their stream.

When streamers play alot of games without the use of chat, it lowers their toxicity consistency already. Combine that with how people don't report each other much, it further lowers the toxicity consistency.

In that specific clip, (if he does get reported for it) I consider his toxicity... hmm .. 2/10? So that chat alone won't get him punished. Not that he is immune to punishment, but it will take more games of reported toxicity for him to get punished.

Imagine the amount of money he has, but still with shitty unchangeable personality and it only makes his universe sized ego bigger. yikes

Let's invite him to another event Riot :)

He's not immune due to the fact no one is immune. IFS doesn't dispute, play favorites or debate. It simply punishes depending on the severity and consistency of his toxicity. If he got reported, he'll get flagged. No matter how much money he makes, he'll get punishes just like everyone else and eventually banned.

So no. To answer your question: NO ONE is immune and NEVER will be. Period. Done.
