The reason is sooooooooooooooooooooo simple its redicilous.

The ONLY reason why this community is shit is:

Trolls are not being punished... and if you say "but they are getting punished".....well please open your window and jump out.....you are worthless. because they are not......unless riot is watching the replays (i hardly doubt that) people refuse to improve.... for example, 4 people are telling you "Varus.....build lethality"......result: varus gives a fuck. ofc i reported him.....will he get punished? obviously not....because is more liberal than the white people that are asking for a white-people-tax.

riots focus is "the flamer", and riot wont ever change their believes with their current social-justice-warrior......ehm i mean head of social system. their mindset is shit... this is a competitive game, atleast in ranked. so why are treating people their like 12y old children?

Is this some sort of post modern reverse self demonstrating thingie? Because you're complaining about trolls not being punished on the same breath you tell people to kill themselves and call them worthless over having a dissenting opinion. And you're not being punished. So QED?

Obviously the system isn't perfect (there's always room for improvement with it) and players can sometimes slip through the cracks from time to time but gameplay trolls do get punished as well. In case you don't believe me Here are two examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it's just two examples, but it proves that they do get punished.

Because people seem to insist like acting like children when they don't get what they want? In your example, you reported varus for what exactly? Not following the orders of other people? Get over it. He's the one playing Varus, not you. Your teammates are not required to follow your every whim. So long as they doing what they think is helpful to win the game, they're allowed to do it.

Their code of conduct is very simple. If what you're typing isn't something you'd say to a complete stranger in person, you probably shouldn't put it in chat. With millions of accounts, it's hard to catch them all. Even if they were all caught, the game is free to play, so they'd just make more accounts.
