About MKJogo & Custom Skin Tools....

So i just got 24 hour suspension from riot saying ive been using MKJOGO too much but before MKJogo when i use custom skin tool like Skin Installer Ultimate ive never receive any threats from riot! so does anyone know why MKJogo is bannable but not Skin Installer Ultimate? they both act the same like u can only see the skin yourself
