Why people queing together have to much power and the tribunal does not work

I was playing a game and was a khazix jungle and actually was playing very well. I also had a toxic mid and top laner that were together and they were both very very toxic and constantly insulting me from the start. I did not say anything back besides telling them that they were being toxic. The worst i said after still constant attacking and verbal abuse was that toxic players are usually bad players. Seriously all i said at the worst. End of the game comes around and i get a chat restriction while they get away free because they were together and my vote doesnt match against theirs towards me for no reason. Seriously how broken is the tribunal that i get punished for being as passive as i could and get my account closer to being banned while they can que together and always be seen as "correct" just because there are two of them. I am pissed about it and if this happens again and i get banned because two guys dont like my jungling then i might as well quit league because all it will have done is promote bad behavior and have stolen money from someone that did not say anything but get ganged up on. What makes it worse is that the support system of Riot is so bad that they do not actually help anyone and instead will passively insult you because they can. Why cant it be fair i know im not the only one that faces this because i see threads all the time. Why doesnt riot make chat like SMITE does so there is no all chat and only whispers and also make it only pings instead of chatting when all there is in this game is toxic players in every game making everyone feel bad and attacked for playing a game.

Also for people reading this i need advice. This also came after not talking in any chat for a considerable amount of time and one game and im back in a restriction for the reason listed above. I ask please upvote this to help me get an answer and also advice on what im supposed to do because at this point it seem the only thing riot wants me to do is just always mute everyone and never chat ever regardless of if it is just friendly.
