banned for using 3rd party program again

The link is my last post about the suspension. I feel pretty helpless, I really didn't use any hacks and I was playing aram. I went to riot game support for help, I want to know whats going on. And this is how riot help you, I can tell, riot doesn't care at all.

In my last post, someone said you can provide IP address and list of progress of my pc, but this doesn't even ask anything from me. I had over 300 skins on this account, and if you have normal IQ, you would consider, i wouldn't risk my account by using hacks. Do you really want to help me, riot? Help your old fan who had played your game for 4 years? This reply is pretty official, but totally rascally.

There's clearly a flaw with the System, this is how terminator started, soon it'll start banning People because of their use of glasses because it gives them an unfair advantage of seeing.

The same thing happened to me. Only, I NEVER GOT AN EXPLANATION FOR IT. I never used 3rd party stuff, and all the sudden, I get banned for no reason, no email, no reply from support? What is this? This has to be a bug.

Hello there,

I completely understand your frustrations so I personally took a look into your account.

After some investigation, I can see there were hacks/scripts/exploits used on this account and we had to take action. The account was benefiting from these things, and given the information we have, I can't remove the ban on the account. This action is only taken when we find things that give a competitive edge over others.

I can't go into details about our investigation in order to protect the integrity of our investigative methods. This means I cannot give out things like what was used, or when it was used.

We take our competitive integrity seriously because everyone should have the same chance at winning. These types of things are strictly forbidden from the game with a zero tolerance policy.

We won't be able to lift this ban.

SO riot looked into my account. From the reply, you can see it is sure that on my account, there were hacks/scripts/exploits, for sure! This may sounds inconceivably, but I can tell you, if the detecting system of this game is AI, there must be some sort of bug happens on it, if it is manual, riot's stuff must made a mistake. Cause in the games I had played, I felt nothing different, and theres no other player questioned my performance, and I regularly played as a 3-5 people team, theres nothing wrong. But riot still got information that showed on my account, there were hacks or scripts. There must be something wrong with this system. I think riot should pay attention on this, riot should look into the game system, not just the players account.

This is the final update. It is over, forever. It has been 4 years till now. Whatever, bye league.

Unfortunately I'm not seeing any error in our findings. When we place these bans we are always confident in our information. We have a zero tolerance policy for these things and cannot reduce the ban.

If there are no other questions we will have to consider this matter closed.
