This is a privately owned space owned by RIOT
When you are in this space you follow RIOTS rules
** You cannot ignore the rules just because you disagree with them**
If RIOT wanted to make a a new rule that says :
the word "apple" is now a banned and prohibited word. You will get a punishment tier if you say it in game.
If you say "apple" you deserve to be punished.
If you respond to someone saying "Apple" - in any way you should be punished as well
for the reason that one of Riots rules is that players are not allowed to respond to other players breaking the rules in anyway
So as you see there No situation , rules or anything other example from t he "real world" applies
There is no context . There is no justification for either party that acts in any way negatively.
There is no grey areas Its that simple.
