Summoner Reminders

Hey, everyone, welcome to my thread. I've decided to post here with an idea that may help those that are a bit too toxic. I know it can be difficult for some, including myself, to refrain from expressing your anger in game and flaming. Especially when you get singled out from your team as a bad guy or just being unskilled. My idea was a simple little message that would appear after you login or open the "Play" tab letting you know that toxic behavior does not go unnoticed, or even any tips to keep you from angrily all chatting, such as reminding us of the Mute options. Anyway, this is just an idea to help keep people from getting so worked up in game or letting it affect others.
