We played a couple of games and it felt dirty, he was so much better than everyone else. Could this get my account flagged for boosting for something?
No, having friends who are good at the game isn't bannable. It doesn't matter if they are smurf or not.
It should be bannable. If you want to play together, then just don't play ranked. Smurfs ruin the game for so many people.
