People sending me "Free RP" or "Free skin links"

So I have a summoner that added me as a friend and has continuously sent me links for free RP and skins. I've seen posts about before so I am aware that It's malware or some website that he has an incentive to populate with visits. I guess the reason I'm posting about this is I cant seem to find a way to bring this player to riots attention.

Is there a way I can notify RIOT or report the player for out of game behavior or should i just unfriend him and let him be someone else's problem?

Not here to name and shame as I've seen that it's counter intuitive.
