So many players trying to tilt their own teams lately.

Toxic player, tilts non toxic teammate, toxic player reports non-toxic teammate

So I want to bring up a big issue with league of legends; ever since reporting "actually" has an effect on the game.

YOU CAN NOT MODERATE THE INTERNET; people will troll, and find ways around it to do so. Except now in league of legends the biggest issue right now is that we gave TROLLS TOO MUCH POWER.

You can troll, without being banned. EVERYONE KNOWS THIS There's literally no cap to deaths, someone could be 0-15 and they will go unpunished. But the ONE game you rage at the troll going 0-15? Chat ban for 10 games.

**Remember the smite support nunu? ** He literally did not get banned until his videos BLEW UP and there had to be an investigation lol. I could play rammus, power ball into the enemy tower 5 times then sap bot lane of EXP to make it look like I'm not trolling. Will anyone ever look into that match and verify it? No.

Is the troll having fun? Most definitely. He could probably go 100+ games doing this. You'll get a freelo/matchfixed game eventually.

And that non-toxic teammate doesn't have to worry about a single thing, because fake reports don't mean anything.

It's not the KDA that's being punished, it's the intent. If you're just having a horrible game in which you're 0/15 and completely useless - okay, happens. But if you're actively dying in order to sabotage your team, that's when you're breaking the rules.

Eh, not really. It's just that the system in charge of dealing with such players is flawed. That is to be expected, since game related offences require a bit more information to be dealt with effectively. Chat related ones, however, are very simple to detect and analyze. All you need is someone's chat log(s) and you're good to go.

But the ONE game you rage at the troll going 0-15? Chat ban for 10 games.

The system targets both **severity **and consistency. If you rage at someone in one game, chances are you won't get a strike (as long as you're not being extreme). Do it again and you might find yourself chat restricted.

Lately?

It's been like this for years and only getting worst. Every year, Riot gets even more strict with chat offenses. Every year, Riot ignores game play offenses.
