Please unban my account, overall behavior system is WAAY too harsh i think

I recently had the 14 day ban from those previous reports i recall saying some shit but theses here towards this perma ban is just plain over excessive. Ive seen FARRRR nastier remarks then the ones listed below. Making me believe i am within a 00.6% or w.e is straight bullshit there are far more toxic players out there than ME. That was the first thing i wanted to say, the second being i don't talk in my games, i do not go into the games with an attitude or go in LOOKING for problems. The games where i do alot of typing is if i am questioning something i am witnessing during match that doesn't sit well with my eyes. I was currently playing gold elo, you know these matches get heated so why is the punishment so severe for this shit? the curses, the remarks, this language surrounds people 247 were ever people co exist. You can never eliminate toxicity and you also cannot try to tell me switch my behavior if i go into these matches with a clean fresh slate to begin with. Something simply happens that i would be believe to be bs or unfair not just me dying but that actual ludicrousness behind the events that LEADS to my death for an example. Otherwise i shut my yap and i commuinutcate thru pings if im gold , that should let you know as a PLAYER im just trying to win and get into higher elo to get BETTER i do not look for problems.

I bought skins on this account, i have elemental lux on this account. It takes very loooong time to get to lvl 30 And if banned players are simply allowed to make new accounts, what lesson are you trying to teach here? it leads unto a never ending pattern. Sure overall toxcicity might be leaned out but still, you cannot allow players behind a screen to play victim 247 ina match whereas afterwards nothing interesting happens in the real world. My toxicity which is probably below average from other shit ive seen which just effects nothing in peoples lives afterwards.

Do we exchange phone numbers? do we talk after the matches? NO we move on to the next match how is it that this crap is taken SOO seriously like riot its time for a reality check

People are human beings i can be the nicest person at work.. but in league im some criminal behind bars??? cmon take psychology and re look into human behavior.. people will ALWAYS have something to say !

A 14-day ban is considered the final warning that your behavior is unacceptable, and you need to stop insulting/harassing your teammates.

How can this game be rated teen...

Violent content, alcohol (Gragas), and some other mature themes. A teen rating is for in-game content, but does not mean that you have to expect to put up with insulting and harassing behavior.

i do not go into the games with an attitude or go in LOOKING for problems.

No one is suggesting you do. What Riot is saying, however, is that the behavior you display when faced with adversity is not acceptable.

The game's rating is because there are scantily clad champions (men and women), violence, blood, smoking, alchohol, etc. The rating has nothing to do with player communication. That is covered by the rules. You are not allowed to flame your team game after game and expect no consequences. You don't get special treatment because you bought Elementalist Lux. Spending money is not a free pass to break the rules.

You decided after your 14-day suspension that having diarrhea of the keyboard was worth more than keeping your account. Here you are.

First of all: Spending money doesn't protect you from getting banned. I have all the legendary skins, and if I get banned then I get banned. Having them doesn't make me superior to anyone else and above the rules.

Secondly:

Telling someone to go afk isn't allowed.

Telling people to stfu, or claiming they're trolls and swearing at them isn't allowed.

Name calling, asking for reports also isn't allowed.

Not to mention game 2 was mostly you putting someone on your team down. All of this would've gotten you punished, and soon after a 14, the perma is deserved since you couldn't learn the first 3 times.

Third: As you had a 14 day recently, you were warned then that the next punishment would be a perma. A 14 day ban is Riot's last chance at letting you learn that what you're doing isn't allowed. If you can't learn, Riot doesn't want you here.

Lastly: It's a free game. Riot can't stop people from making new accounts. But they'd rather you not if you can't learn to not break their rules.

You made it sound like you were just discussing events that didnt sit well with your eyes, and things leading up to it.... but then your chat log is just you calling people trash lmao. Why did you try to sugarcoat it like that? Just admit you were insulting people, which is against the rules. Your opinion, Im sure, is that insulting players shouldn't be against the rules, and thats fine. Unfortunately, they've decided that it is something they want to deter with rules and consequences. Meh. Thats just how Riot is. And you are how you are. If it makes the game unfun for you, play something else. Speak with your wallet. Thats all businesses respond to under capitalism
