i have not played league since January 28th of 2019 and i just downloaded the game again tonight as of January 9th 2020 and it said i was perm banned for 3rd party reasoning and im 100% postive ive been hacked due to someone playing on my account as i looked at the history and it showed someone played on my account on November 1th 2019 someone please reach out to me so i can get some clarity on this matter as i have spent a lot of money on this account and i do not want to lose it please and thank you!

** File a support ticket.** It might take a little bit of time to get a response, but generally speaking most of these punishments are overturned if you can prove that it wasn't you on the account at that time.
