punishment system is flawed and players that actually require perma bans dont get perma'd

The system in place doesn't work. especially now a days it seems. Players who use the chat to talk to their teammates and try to win, get punished if they start getting mad at people ignoring everything they say, and or ignoring you to be careful etc.

this is an email thread i've been having about my old account which was banned for verbal abuse ( i never used strong language such as kill yourself or anything to that extent)

My last 5 ranked games on my account ChaØs anagram have been jokes of games where people afk, flame, or intentionally feed. With no repercussion other then my elo going into a dangerous spot and possibly demoting from it. All of these offenders have made the game a toxic place and nobody got banned because of it, whereas my account was perma banned for defending myself, or getting mad at people who would also do the same stuff these players are doing. Right now, even after all of the spam inting and flaming and griefing im still maintaining and honor level of 2 on this account, with only 1 chat restriction since my last account was perma banned, I’ve changed your players as a whole haven’t. the system doesn’t work and gets players like me who play multiple games a day banned then people with smurf accounts or bought accounts continue to ruin your game environment and get no punishments. I know this because I add people I report and I see them active every single day after the report, the system is flawed. People who should be getting perma banned are the players who refuse to play the game as a team, people who smurf lower elo, and people who int and or leave games, not people who get passionate about winning and try to get their team on board with them after they all start fighting with each other 5 minutes into the game.

And where I do understand your points here about our behavioral systems and how behavior is handled within League, sadly we really don't have control over system design here at Player Support since that is ultimately to the devs. However, if you would like to voice your concerns or suggest changes to our behavioral systems please feel free to head over to the Boards and post your ideas there. This way you can hash your suggestions over with the rest of the community and get more exposure as to potentially catch the eyes of a dev who would have control over that sort of thing.

my point being is i've gotten multiple responses about my account along these lines, "i do get what your saying, and i think its flawed, BUT the system is the system." that's not fair. not for people who play the game daily and get inted and smurfed on or intentionally fed, then when i talk back to them in chat and regrettably get mad, my account gets perma'ed
