I got lower queued after my wifi crash
i was in a game and my WIFI by the time i was able to get back on i was in low queue

You can try submitting a support ticket, but unlikely to be reverted.

System works as intended i see.
Do not leave a game, if you do, you get punished for it.
From the view of other players it is totally irrelevant if you RQ, your computer dies, a hurricane destroys your house. You ruined a game for your team, you get punished. Get a new router, new ISP, if the current one does this often. If you can not have a stable internet connection (which is required to play the game), then do NOT play the game.
Yeah, that's how it works. You disconnect enough, you get punished.
