Is this permaban fair?

So, before I post the logs, it's worth mentioning that while i said a few inflammatory things, I never used any real insult, and certainly no profanity. While this was occuring, our Mundo was calling people a wide variety of racist and sexist things, and swearing liberally, both in private chat and all chat. I thought I was playing it cool by not resorting to his level and only occasionally giving him some minor grief over his ragebaby attitude, then I log in and I'm permanently banned. Can I get this lifted? As someone who rarely chats, I find it abhorrent that this resulted in a permanent ban. For what it's worth, this was the only game cited, probably due to the fact I don't really say much most of the time. One last thing, since the chat looks very one-sided, Mundo raged for about 30 min over random things in each lane, then called us all bronze trash. I checked his op.gg and called him out on the hypocrisy, it wasn't just a random attack. Ironically, we won the game, which annoyed the opposing team even more that this guy was crying in all chat about every little thing that didn't go his way, so I apologised on his behalf to them.

You're calling him princess to be rude and just harassing the guy and saying you'll post his OP.gg to be rude and to "show how bad of a player he is". That's the definition of harassment. Just mute the guy and report him after the game if he's trolling. And you won't get a permaban just for one game like this.

You would have had chat bans and a 14 day ban as well so looks like you did not listen to the prior warnings from Riot.

Edit: Is it the mundo that went 13/4/10 in your last game? Cause yeah....it's not like he fed or anything and he had almost 50% kill participation so I"m not sure why you're harassing him.
