How to show you are reformed?

So I haven't played league for about a year or so because I was banned for toxicity,tried to find the dates of my last games played but couldn't, and was wondering if there was a way to show I was reformed like Tyler1. I was in a bad place in my life a year ago and liked to take my anger out on strangers over a game that shouldn't mean anything for which I am sorry. Sorry, I couldn't control myself, sorry I let the community drown in my toxicity, and sorry for not being a good summoner. After watching this year's worlds I kind of got an inkling to play again, but like I said my account is banned. Is there any way to show riot that I have changed, even if that meant I was always chat restricted, or some other type of monitoring? I have the chat log from my last game if that would help at all, it was just a lot of f bombs. Thanks for taking the time with this post and if anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

It's a permanent ban. You won't get your account back, just like Tyler1 didn't get any of his accounts back.

Currently permanent bans are indisputable unless it was a clear mistake. If you are reformed, the best way to show that is by acting like it, Riot will not overturn any permanent bans at this time.

Unfortunately you won't get your old account back, but you can learn the game from scratch again or just begin with a clean slate.

Tyler1 after showing he has improved was allowed to create a new account. You dont need to show that, you can just create a new one.

Is there any way to transfer the skins to a different account then, because I would really be sad to see 500 dollars worth go down the drain?

Not sure, but a fair dosage of this board daily has a calming effect.

I have a list of names that I hope one day will see them here.

Refunds are subject to the established store refund policy at the time of purchase, unless the product purchased is found to be unfit for the purpose of which it was intended.

If I purchased $100 in RP and my account was banned before using it, then it would officially be unfit for the purpose of which it was intended because there would no longer be access to it.
