I just got banned! I just started playing this game, i'm level 21 and I didn't get a warning or anything! just an immediate 14 day ban? What kind of penalty is this? For a game to ban someone for 14 days as a new player is absurd. There was no warning stating hey be careful, or we don't approve of that language or anything!
there's a zero tolerance policy on hate speech, including (but not limited to) homophobia, racism, mental disabilities, and saying people should harm themselves. automatic 14 day ban.
who knows why they don't make that more clear.
going forward your account is at a high risk to be permanently banned. you should not ask for reports, insult your teammates, call them toxic, ask for forfeits, say the game is unwinnable, anything mildly negative at all in chat.
I'm not sure how long it takes to get to level 22, you may even be better off making a new account if you haven't spent money on this one.
The stuff that you get 14-day banned for is typically behavior that you should know isn't acceptable ways to act in front of other people.
chat logs. but i'm willing to bet it was zero tolerance phrases/words because those are automatic 14-day bans and should be.
