I was wrongfully banned

Recently ARURF has resurfaced in the realms and I have been playing it like a madman. we all know ARURF has ridiculous snowballing and unfairness with certain champions... well someone sent a report claiming i was using third party programs and was an aim botting apparently...

SO here I am with an account that I invested in with my time and money that not once have i ever used third party things... heck I don't even know any third party garbage personally... with the note of permabanned and irreversible because "it does harm to the game its self"

tell me what gave a conclusive assumption that I used third party ever? the people in ARURF crying cuz i rarely miss a hook shot? or get massive damage because of a crit bonus with 2 infinity edges? Please, help me get this resolved... I have played since 2013 faithfully and invested quite a bit of money into it... I don't want to lose it all over a false claim ban.

As said before, submit a ticket to Player Support and be patient and polite and precise. Remember YOU are not accused of scripting as an individual. The account is banned, not you. "Somebody" used script on your account. Only they can investigate and remove the ban if they think you are not responsible. The "good" thing is that at the moment nobody can access your account. These are the possibilities:

1/ You share your account with a friend/relative/booster and that person used scripts on your account. You re held responsible and the ban will remain. 2/ You left your account opened unattended in a cybercafe or during a sleepover and somebody used scripting software in your game(s). You re held responsible and the ban will remain. 3/ You were truly hacked because of weakness(es) in your online habits (weak password is the most common) and a hacker used scripts with your account. Player Support may revert the ban if their investigation proves you re not responsible.

PS: money and time invested are irrelevant to the scripting detection.

I would advise checking your game history to make sure all the games are yours. Then submit a support ticket and be polite and persistent. The first response will usually say they are sure there were 3rd party programs.

I would also check the computer you use because I've seen cases where autoclickers used for idle games can trigger their detection, and there have been issues with a Linux tool that mimicked some common hacks.

If you find games you didn't play in your history, I would suggest including that info.

These aren't a guarantee your account will be unbanned, but I have seen account with 3rd party bans restored if they confirm the compromise and those are the only games with 3rd party activity.

Check your game history to make sure that all the matches were played by you. If you were hacked, it should get fixed. If you weren't hacked, I'm sorry but the ban is probably not going to be revoked.

I hope that you don't have "Stay signed in" check marked. One guy got punished because someone was able to get on his account with it and was toxic in the game.
