Permaban?!

Ugh, so today I woke up , went to work , and a normal day , but during the day I received an email saying I was perma ban ?" inslight was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client." Thing is the only 3rd party application is the one that came with my gpu called raptr which records games and streams and optimized the games for the best quality , llet alone I've had some bad games due to a broken hand , but I'm still winning some ? Could be due to me losing some games, I've read where people say if you play like crap riot assume you sold your account or are cheating ? But that would be crazy ? I'm mad I worked so hard to get to 30 but I'm more mad that I spent money on skins for a unknown first time offense permaban? Also I've heard riot won't change anything , any body ever get it resolved or fixed ? I honestly think it's a unfair ban. could lagging out during a game be a reason for a perma ban? I always retune but it's for like 3min sometimes I lag out
