Understandably new players will play the game. But at what expense? Me having to hard carry every game is just... difficult. New player vetting, or ranked placements would help lots of us stuck in ELO hell.

OVERVIEW: Bare in mind this is my 4th suspension in the accounts lifetime : 4 Years, with over 1000$ and countless hours invested into it. Clearly there should be a Perma-Chat Mute rather then an account ban, or some other feature. Because my gameplay doesn't justify the chatlogs. It's a competitive game, trash talk happens in every aspect of "Sports" as Riot would like you think that it is a sport. But unfortunately they incorrectly enforce it. I would receive multiple accommodations at the end of games for my shot-calling in game. Some people just refuse to listen and get bull headed, and take the advice the wrong way. I don't know what to make of the hands off Tribunal system and how a computer justifies a 4 year 1000$ and 1000's of hours time commitment and can just permanently ban you with no person present. Just seems a bit of an unfair system, as the computer isn't having to deal with the frustrations of ELO hell.
