So, Rito, why can i get banned for using this custom skin!? It makes no sense, you know what DOES make sense? To add this chroma to the game, so then i can buy it and u guys make money and i don't get banned :) Sounds like a solid plan. Like they're all really good chromas (unlike the High Noon Yasuo Chroma pack which were all garbage... Seriously Rito you owe us, those chromas are all ugly. ) :D THANKS!!!!!

It is banable because if people are allowed to use custom skins and freely change the colours of abilities they could, potentially, gain an advantage over other players who cannot see them. Which isn't fair. If everyone just followed the rules and didn't ruin it we would be fine.

As for the chroma's here I would much prefer there be a Bloodmoon chroma pack since 80% Yasuo's use Bloodmoon and it would be nice to see some variety.

Custom skins, as well as any other types of 3rd party program are grey areas. We dont know what else could be with these programs and because of this its best to just treat it as a potential harm than to assume every single 3rd party program is good. This is why you should always know exactly what these programs does if you plan on having it on your computer because what ever is on these programs could trigger Riot's detection. Why risk that?

Like Sarutobi said, 3rd party programs for custom skins are grey areas in Riot's policies. I'd refer to this post made by Wuks, a Senior Arbiter, on the potential risk your account is in using these mods.
