Being unbanned

I know that all activity on my account is all on me, but I have to say that I have been toxic before, and I have gotten a 14 day suspension. After reading some threads, I found out that it is a perma ban after a 14 day and I have been watching my behavior ever since. However, I just went into my account and it said that I was permanently banned. It showed texts that werent mine and I never even bought hecarim and I never was planning to but it says someone played a game on my account with hecarim and they were toxic enough to get me a permaban. I am being completely honest right now and my account was hacked. Please I need my account back because I spent so much money on it and I really need some help please. I just want to talk a moderator.

Send a support ticket here: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us

You can wait for a red here but its uncommon when they reply to a thread. A support ticket is your best bet.

Definitely submit a ticket to player support. Include as much detail as you can, and try to be patient when waiting for them to reply to you. It may take them a day or two to reply as they have may have many requests at this time. Don't submit a duplicate request or try to bump the ticket, as that can get you dropped back to the end of the line. One of them will be able to look into it for you soon.
