So I was playing a game on my smurf account "Trashcan137" and to start the game botlane and toplane give up a kill. I say nothing of it, except that toplane also dies solo again, and again when I tried to gank. So the toplaners first instinct is to accuse me of inting, In this case I defend myself from the flame because he had already lost the lane due to his own gameplay. So I continue playing the jungle and manage to get a kill in the botlane while counter ganking. So the game goes on we exchange words and at the end, my whole team accuses me of inting, which is totally unfair as I was doing the best i could to keep our team in it. At the end I assume i get a 9x report for "Inting" and "toxic" but i was defending myself the entire game from my teamates flame. I then que for another ranked no problem, but then get permanently banned. So unfair considering the circumstances of the game and how my teamates treated me. (Also the toplaner was already flaming the other team when he gave first blood and blamed riot for dying, even though he brought ghost over ignite and tried to all in Lvl 1.)

I was a little aggressive in my replies, but in my defense every single laner was flaming me (the jungle) for the loss of the game, which I felt was totally not cool and super unfair to me as I was playing well against the enemy jungler.

Riot probably wont see it, but learn from my mistake and just mute your whole team, its not worth getting flamed and fighting back.

Your defense is to mute, what you did was flame back. Flame is punishable, which you were aware of from your previous punishment(s). Your 14 day ban said if you continued the next step would be perm. You continued and got banned....so what needs fixing? The system reacted exactly as it said it would to actions you agreed not to perform (i.e. summoners code).

You can stand up for yourself and tell people their accusations are wrong. You can defend yourself by neutralizing the threat (muting). You cant retaliate and use riots chat feature to insult people.

So early as a jungler, you should be able to give constructive advice along the lines of [i'm starting here, i will be here at ??:??, top laner you are versing ?????? you have the (advantage/disadvantage) (pre2/post2) plz (do/don't) engage (before/after) - if i show in a lane plz play back as I will not be there to cover you from ganks. Unless you are being invaded I don't see how this would be very complicated, you chose to do something else entirely and this was the direct consequence to that. You can't control what other people do in this game, but you can control what you do and say.
