Can we get a list of approved apps?

With this latest wave of bans for 3rd party apps, I feel like there are a lot of people who feel like they were unjustly banned for "third party programs". I think we can alleviate some of these bans, if we keep a running list of what programs are appropriate to use. If the app that you want to use is not on the list, then you use that at your own risk.

It seems pretty obvious, to me at least, that Skype or Teamspeak would be fine to use since they offer no inherent advantage to players other than voice communication. It would give some gamers the peace of mind in knowing that the programs that they are using are fine to use by Riot.

These most recent suspensions are for scripting suites, specifically. Custom assets, skin installers, or voice applications just tend to be an easier scapegoat for those attempting to dispute a ban, but to be clear, we're not going to action for any modification that doesn't directly influence competitive integrity.

Just read that some people are being banned for using Windows 10. Neat.

Yeah this just seems very unclear and foggy to say the least. A lot of third party programs are used now a days and even if they have nothing to do with league or directly impact league I could still suffer consequences due to Riot not wanting to state what is and isn't usable. I don't think the AWU or AMD software updates are responsible but lets say they did trigger some red flag in the system. How does Riot determine if this is fairly suspend-able ? Do I need to accept the fact Im now permanently banned and that I cant really dispute it because any third party program is considered unfair? I just think the 3rd party program rule needs to be cleaned up or clarified.

So, we will never get an official list of approved apps, it has been said and explained a lot of time already.

But could the community maintain an officious list of apps approved-to-the-best-of-our-knowledge, with the date and version "approved"? And could this thread be stickied?
