If I report someone for extreme toxic behavior, I don't want to be matched with him again

Fucking tired of this. You report someone for inting and trash talking everyone the entire game, asking for your mother to get cancer and die in a painful way, you report him (x9), next game you're fucking matched with him again and doing the same. Can this shit be fixed someday maybe ? Tired of games ruined by trash kids like this. And no I shouldn't be forced to dodge and get a queue penalty of 5 minutes. I did nothing wrong to suffer from this shit.

You are not allowed to influence the match making system in any way other then playing games and having the end result change your MMR value, or to a lesser degree queing up with someone with a different MMR value as you.

You were matched with this player again because his MMR value was close enough to yours for the system to match you with that player again AND both you and him qued back up at around the same time. If you really want to try to avoid being qued up with someone you just don't want to see again. Then wait awhile before queing up again. How long you have to wait, depends on your MMR. the higher MMR you have, the less players there are and the longer you have to wait.

If riot made it such that the Match making system would prevent you from being matched with someone you reported/blocked or what have you, that system can and will be abused.

Lastly if you are matched with someone who was clearly extremely toxic to you the last time, that should give you the foresight to mute him at once the moment you get into game and report him again.

We'd all love this, but Riot doesn't trust us to make that distinction. Your version of "toxic" could very well be bullshit. Plus, you could game the system by reporting players you don't want to be paired with for other reasons, such as skill level. This happened in Overwatch, and needed to be removed because it fucked up their matchmaking.

Personally, I wait a few extra minutes between matches when I report somebody like that. Makes them easier to avoid, and beats dodging.

Although extremely rare, it does happen. I got demoted once because I had some guy inting on my team. (Actual inting, would flash into five people and die) Reported him and moved on. Second match, he was still on my team somehow.

But then you could just avoid trolls, who int the game over and over. Imagine how bad that could be :O
