Misjudged Permanent Suspension

Greetings!

I'm not sure if Riot implemented bots to do suspending for them, and I'm not sure how it works, but I know that I wasn't toxic enough and I know that I didn't deserve the permanent suspension my account was given.

I believe that the sequence of suspensions I was given (1 chat restriction, 1 14 day ban and a permanent ban) weren't properly executed and I believe that the reasons I was given these suspensions were complete BS. (One of them is just lyrics of a song which doesn't include swearing!) I personally know people who are way more toxic than I was and that have been given 2 chat restrictions, 2 14 day bans and no permanent suspensions. There wasn't a time period of 3+ months in between the suspensions either, and I KNOW that the way You People judge these suspensions isn't fair whatsoever.

I believe that You People don't even look at the situations of players before you hand them their permanent suspension. I'm not a toxic player whatsoever and I'm literally that one positive guy in the group of my friends, I actually have no idea how this happened.

My account was permanently suspended off of 1 chat log of a "Normal queue - Blind pick" match where you can tell that I'm joking when I say these "mean" things to people, it even includes a God Bless.

I've linked a screenshot to prove that there are WAY more toxic people out there which actually deserve this type of permanent suspension, I've literally slipped out this one time and got carried away in the heat of the moment. This Summoner was flaming and spamming things like that in all chat and after reporting him, the Summoner never got a ban. (I've covered his in-game name for privacy purposes)

I'd like a manual review of my case, please. (or a response from a Rioter)

I'd also like to mention that if I ever happen to get the ban off of my account revoked or made into a 14 day ban like shown in previous examples, that I'd make a full reformation knowing that I'd never be forgiven again.

TL;DR for those of us that go to the comments first: that screenshot isn't your logs.

The reason they only give your chat logs is because 1)you control what you say and 2) you're only punished for what you say. Riot can mistakenly ban players, but that happens rarely. If you wanted us to judge whether or not you should be punished, then you should show your chat logs. Showing us an example of "Well someone else is worse" is just shifting the blame away from yourself. I'd suggest you own up to what you said, and move on.

It never matters who started it. If you are creating or contributing to a negative experience for other gamers, then you can be punished.

You spend the vast majority game verbally abusing and harassing another player. This is not acceptable behavior and thus the punishment was deserved. The "they started it/were worse than me" excuse also doesn't work here as you are judged based on your behavior alone and no one elses. Next time someone is acting up just mute (in the case of chat related offenses), report and move on rather than force your teammates to deal with another misbehaving brat.

You aren't here to dispute a chat restriction or a 14-day ban, You are appealing a permaban. So whatever you were punished for previously is justified, and the time for review has passed.

Going solely by the chatlogs provided, you are unequivocally toxic. What you need to ask yourself is why you did not take those previous punishments seriously, to lead you to this point. Why would revoking your permaban some how change your behavior now when your previous punishment did not? It wont. What you need to do, is take a break from league until you can behave in a professional manner. Take some time away from the community and reflect on your behavior. There is no reason to treat your teammates this way.
