Chat bans

Knowing that information serves no purpose and shouldn't really interest you. Riot respect other people's privacy and I personally don't see a positive outcome to having everyone's punishments set to public. If anything, it would just encourage people to treat those who are undergoing some kind of punishment with less respect, ultimately labelling those who are actually trying to reform as "just another flamer, let's not even bother talking to them" (just an example).

Because you are supposed to be focusing on you. Your gameplay. Your honor. Your behavior.

People already look at these notifications as some sort of reward that someone got punished. It's not what you're supposed to be concerned with while playing the game.

Riot wants to hide the fact that valid reports are filed almost every game.
