I haven't played on my account for 3 days or so and suddenly I received an email from riot that says I got banned for scripting? How is this possible? And no I've definitely never scripted before. I've been playing for 4 years, and spent over 122 eur on this game . Please can a riot employee help. i really dont know what to do...

Bans are done in waves, so weather you played prior to the days leading to your ban is not important.
And i am stuck trying to report it to riot games, but i cant figure out when i created the account...
