is it possible to get notified by the ifs twice in a row for the same game?

because i think it just happened. i had reported two people and then i got a popup for one of them but when i clicked on the OK, it didn't go away despite making the click sound for client buttons. However it did the second time. Did i get notified twice or was my client lagging?

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. If you did get two buy a lottery ticket; cause you know that is unusual.
