The punishment ITS FAR EXCESSIVE !!! If you arent able to enter the game is for connection issues or for Bugs, c'mon we all know dat loading screen is the most bugging thing in Lol, like the Lose\Victory one, and not because you are a bad guy who leaves and make the rest of your team lose.. We all care about winning games!!! So the only fact of being not able to enter a game for the first minutes, and then repeating the game is uncomfortable to the '' afk '' guy too!! But he gets punished. With a loss. Ok, could be fair enough, even if he has no fault about that 'cause cmon, we all have bad connection sometimes.. and what should we do about that? Pay a bunch of money in order to have a perfect ping ??? The game is available for EVERYONE, and most of the people have a NORMAL CONNECTION. So ok, even if its not directly your fault, you get a lost game.. ok.. could be fair, 'cause ''you'' made 9 people lose time.. - even if the real number is 10.. cause u lost time too.. and u didnt want to - BUT it is not over, cause besides the loss of scores, YOU GET LEAVER BUSTER FOR YOUR NEXT 5 GAMES!! I can assure you that the stucked, not moving, champs you see in base in the first minutes, has behind a guy who's freaking out trying to resolve his connection issues !!! Which sometimes could be caused by Lol itself!! So PLEASE , if you dont want to reduce the punishment, AT LEAST INCREASE THE NUMBER OF MINUTES AFTER WHICH YOU CAN DECIDE TO REMAKE !! Its better for everyone cause nobody wants to lose agame, nor his time !!!

I would say as long as the fault isn't on you (bugsplat) then you shouldn't get punished. If you have crappy internet you probably shouldn't be playing till you have fix the situation.

From the Leaverbuster FAQ:

IT'S NOT MY FAULT. MY INTERNET/YOUR SERVERS DISCONNECTED ME. I HAD A REAL-LIFE EMERGENCY. I HAD TO GET OFF THE COMPUTER. THE GAME CRASHED. UNBAN ME! We understand that players may be forced to leave from time to time so the system has been designed to keep these situations in mind. After leaving a few games, you will be placed into a low priority queue; as long as you can complete 5 matchmade games without leaving, you will be returned to the normal queue. However, if you continue to leave games, you will remain in the low priority queue.

Leaver Buster is for people who regularly are having connection issues. That's not "regular" connection at that point, it's bad connection.

i had this loading screen for like 5 minutes, then suddenly the games starts with a "defeat" screen. my team /remake.

If you /remake, the punishment should be less severe to almost non-existant. I mean you waste 3 minutes, not 35.

I don't care if you have bad connection or a crappy computer. If you're afking or disconnecting during my game, I DONT WANT YOU ON MY TEAM and nothing to do with you ever again.

Before you even click the start button, you need to make sure you have secure internet. You need to make sure grandma gets her back-rub and meds before you play. And that you can play the entirety of a 20-60+ minute game. If you can't do that, then dont!
