I don't even know of any third party programs, yet I was hit with an email regarding as such, while in a ranked game. I've spent over $250 on this account so far, why would I want it to get banned?

this same thing has happen to my account, i dont have any 3rd party programs and i dont script. i have also made a ticket and spammed the board for an hr.
I was told it could be my mouse. A friend, she said people have been banned for it. I use a razer naga epic. She said it could be read as macros however I don't have any. And the only program I used was overwolf. And a riot employee confirmed nothing will happen. And Sneaky uses it.

I've heard that people who use scripts for cookie clickers (the one where it makes your mouse click really fast even when you are afk) can get you banned. No conformation but it's something to keep in mind.
