Too Much Troll, Riot

Hey everyone So as you guys know, some people tend to troll and some tend to afk.. But when it happens more than 3 times in the last 5-6 games, it's getting realy, REALY annoying I mean, I've been trying to climb up from plat 5, but people are not working this out. I got people who give up, people who afk on purpose, people who troll - but this time it's more than I could accept it. You see, there is autofill and one of the players got support at autofill - he asked if anyone wants to change the role with him but no one accepted, so he just went top lane, meanwhile the original top laner went afk, and at some point started to feed... If you guys, or if even a Riot member reads this, I want to know - is there something that I can even do?
