appeals for unjustified reports.

When will Riot add an appeal system for an unjustified string of reports, say for a 'skype' team who's playing together and doing nothing but 'trolling' the one player on their team not in their little group. This has cause my account to become banned unjustly. Or is it true that riot is nothing more than a money hungry corp that everyone is actually making them out to be. This has become something of a common thing from what I am learning from other players. I have played several matches with them and either the reports where deserved, in most cases though I can not see what the reports we for....they did not feed, were not toxic at all or even afk yet their accounts were reported and banned/suspended for some of the following reasons.

True the IP was not blocked yet their accounts that they spent actual money on were banned...so how does one over turn this or provide proof that the reports were false and how do you plan on punishing those who just report for being jealous or 'tilted' , 'salty' , or just having a bad day and getting trolled? I feel that if Riot actually was willing to give players a chance to reform they should at least be willing to hear each side of the story rather than have a one sided system in place such s they do. Something also needs to be done about the 'scripts' out currently for known 'over-powered' champions such as Yi, Lucian, Vayne, Riven or other champions that can abuse such things as a 'dodge script' Yi will meditate until his Q off cool-down and instantly alpha strike to aviod leathal damage and then go back into meditate. Vayne will tumble any skill shots that would normally kill her and avoid death like a 'pro' while being totally bad and toxic about it. Lucian will E and just burst some-one to death neraly with in-human reaction speed. Finally we come to Riven, who can just Q spam her away from anything and take no damage. Oh by honorable mention we have Ekko. who always ult when at next to nothing hp while his stun zone is about to activate and seemingly one shot people. When will something be done... such as a 'smurf' employee to test such things I have run into cases where even there are such modded clients that will cause loss of fps to cause the champ to stutter step and avoid things for champions who do not have some type of evasion move. This is rampant in low elo and higher elo making it nearly impossible to climb out of bronze or advance past gold.
