Can we do something about the smurfs clogged up in plat? (EUW)

I am so DONE with these so called SMURFS harassing people in platinum and pointing out how bad they are in a very negative way, because these kinds of people dont care if they receive a ban for how toxic they are because they are using a smurf and not their main account.

They think they are gods among men and that they never do any mistakes even tho they suck balls and sometimes they try to justify their stupid mistakes by saying "oh I'm just learning this champ winky face" and "this is why you're stuck in plat lul gg"

Now some of these smurfs are actually nice people with good reasons to smurf like how it takes so long to find a game in higher elo so they are forced to play in smurf accounts in order to preserve their skill level.

Cant we just have a nice ranked experience where we can improve to our respected ranked division instead of playing with people who bully you and pointing out how much you suck because they think they are better than you?

Last game I did not give my jungle role to the mid "smurf" because my best roles are jungle and top, so I obviously want to play at my highest. I messed up a bit in the jungle because my keyboard disconnected which heavily affected my early game. The dude got pissed even tho I explained to him the situation. He called me names and told me to kill myself blah blah blah... I muted him. Then the adc got tilted and hopped on the flame train to harrass his support because apparently the support got autofilled and the jinx was also smurfing (according to him). The game ended up in a lose even tho we tried to comeback but it wasnt possible because we have no teamspirit at all.

This thread is more like a rant than a way to finding a solution... Because I dont have a solution to it so I would like to hear from other players how we should fix this problem.
